How to Properly Inflate Your Exercise Ball

This LIVE workout is part of the Boost your Fitness program. It will be a surprise each Saturday what kind of workout it will be. Of course it will incorporate nicely with the rest of the program. It can be either a cardio workout, strength workout or a combination of these. And of course it can be an intense HIIT or a relative easy beginners workout. As any other in the program, this workout consists of low impact exercises only. Meaning they will have a low impact on your tendons and joints. We will start with a short warm up and end with a cool down. Halfway through the workout we will most of the times have a short water break.
